If it’s a long time since you’ve been out cycling but you’d like to re-start this year, then we have the perfect regular weekly beginners bike ride for you.

In a small group, you will be supported to get back onto the saddle by two of our ride leaders. The ride will be planned with your current ability in mind, but, if you commit to cycling every week with us, you will soon progress and reap the benefits for your health and wellbeing.

Each ride includes a café stop with the hot drink provided by Cycling UK, and to keep you safe and visible we’ll provide you with a Hi-Viz gilet.

Not got a road worthy bike? No problem, we can loan you a bike and a helmet.

All the rides start from Queens Park on a Tuesday morning from 9:00 to 12:00 from 7th May.
